Funding Teacher Grants

“When teachers dream big, students succeed.”

Teacher Grants in Action

Each year the Foundation invites teachers across the Homewood City Schools system to apply for grants. We award fall and spring grants, recently in the range of $100,000 each year.

“Because of the support from Homewood City Schools Foundation, I am able to encourage my students to reach their highest aspirations and dream big. This assistance provides the means for me to help grow my students into lifelong readers and learners. I am incredibly grateful for the Homewood City Schools foundation and for all they do for me and so many other teachers. I believe in their mission so much that I have and will continue to give a monthly donation to the foundation to enrich the lives of all Homewood students. “
